Support representative

We are looking for a support representative to answer incoming phone calls and emails from our clients in Israel and abroad.


  • Proven previous experience in customer support.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Knowledgeable of the Internet and operating systems surroundings.
  • Technical background or orientation.
    High service awareness and sales orientation.
  • Fast learning skills.
  • Capability to lead a conversation and finalizing situations.
  • Ability to integrate into a dynamic team and work well under stress.
  • Instructional experience – an advantage.
