- Proven previous experience in customer support.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Hebrew.
- Knowledgeable of the Internet and operating systems surroundings.
- Technical background or orientation.
High service awareness and sales orientation.
- Fast learning skills.
- Capability to lead a conversation and finalizing situations.
- Ability to integrate into a dynamic team and work well under stress.
- Instructional experience – an advantage.
