ComBtas Travel Management
ComBtas is a computerized business platform that enables precision monitoring of an organization’s business travel budget and expenses.
Our advanced system allows you to manage all of the activities associated with the travel process, including an employee’s initial travel request, approval within the company, trip management, interfacing with travel agents’ systems and various GDSs to synchronize information, accounting, and approval of the travel expense report.
The ComBtas system has a different user interface for the main travel components:
- Employee – The passenger, or end-user.
- Approving Manager – According to the company’s hierarchy.
- Manager of the travel file, or the administrator responsible for travel within the organization.
- The finance department that compares and analyzes the requested budget against the existing budget.
- Delegates with special authorization to handle a group of employees.
In addition to being a necessary tool for transparency control and management, ComBtas is also a financial tool for budget management, defining relationships with external suppliers (agents, airlines, hotels), and matching reports with financial data, allowing organizations to fully understand all travel and expense activities.
